Wolf Pack Technology began in 2010 as a veteran-owned company focused on providing dependable, honest technology support.
Based in Alpena, Michigan, we help local homeowners and businesses with computer repair, residential technology, and commercial IT. We also serve clients regionally and nationally through website design, custom development, SEO, hosting, digital marketing, automation, and AI solutions.

Co-Founder | Principal Technology Strategist
Nathan co-founded Wolf Pack Technology with deep roots in family-owned businesses and a strong background in military technology. His experience spans long-term technology strategy, IT infrastructure planning, and hands-on technical solutions—helping businesses implement dependable, scalable systems that support growth and operations. Clients appreciate his strategic mindset, honesty, and ability to see both the technical and operational big picture.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys history and is a lifelong Star Wars fan—so much so that his Aussiedoodle is named Krrsantan, after the Wookiee warrior.
Lydia Makowske
Co-Founder | Operations & Creative Strategy
Lydia leads operations, marketing, and creative strategy across Wolf Pack Technology. Her work spans web design, social media marketing, content strategy, and client experience—ensuring ideas move smoothly from concept to execution and helping businesses grow through clear, effective messaging.
She holds college degrees in fields centered on communication, performance, and teaching, which directly inform how information is presented visually, verbally, and strategically. Coming from a family with strong ties to military service and family-owned businesses, Lydia brings structure, adaptability, and a service-driven mindset to everything she builds.
Sharon Higgins
Client Management & Web Operations Coordinator
Sharon oversees client operations, internal coordination, and workflow management at Wolf Pack Technology, ensuring projects, communications, and logistics stay aligned across the team. She serves as a central point of organization for leadership, helping keep priorities clear and execution on track.
She also plays a key role in website development, managing content structure, coordination, and launch preparation to move sites from design to fully functional and live. With degrees in art and biology, Sharon brings both creative insight and analytical precision to her work. Outside the office, she enjoys Funko Pops, Harry Potter, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Zac Renner
SEO & Digital Visibility Strategist | Logistics Lead
Zac leads SEO strategy and digital visibility efforts at Wolf Pack Technology, helping businesses improve search rankings and strengthen their online presence. He works closely with the website team to guide projects from design through optimization and launch, ensuring sites are built to be found—not just seen.
An accomplished musician, Zac has opened for nationally recognized bands including Skillet, Psycostick, Mushroomhead, Sevendust, Asking Alexandria, and more—bringing a strong understanding of audience engagement and branding to his work.
Bray Phillips
Technology Specialist & Client Support
Bray specializes in device repair, commercial IT support, and hands-on troubleshooting, with a strong focus on customer experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field and is known for making complex technology approachable and understandable.

Jesse Samuel
Technology Specialist & Client Support

His versatility allows him to contribute wherever technical support is needed. Outside of work, Jesse is a dedicated family man with seven children.

Ken brings over two decades of programming experience and is a cornerstone of Wolf Pack Technology’s advanced development capabilities. His depth of knowledge spans custom programming, system architecture, and emerging technologies—making him an invaluable resource for complex projects.
Known internally as a true problem-solver, Ken is also highly skilled in 3D printing and rapid prototyping. His experience and insight elevate everything from web platforms to specialized technical solutions.
Jordan Weichel
